The campus’s resident baddie, rumored to be up to constant miscellaneous mischief by the student body at large. The reality is that she’s still very much a good girl at heart, but uses these rumors to her and Junnosuke’s advantage to get out of unwanted sticky situations. Misaki Hotori Voice:Nagi Koharu An unaFSuming wallflower type with a complex about her appearance. However, since she was born and raised on Seiran, her manners are a little skewed, and she thinks nothing of profanity and broaching risque topics.


Asane Tachibana
Voice:Soramame

Junnosuke’s younger sister and most sympathetic supporter. Prefers women, with a particular soft spot for older babes and sex-positive types. Although somewhat of a recluse, she has a wild side to her, too.

Touka Reizeiin
Voice:Sakura Hanazawa

Student council president and leader of the FS–the organization tasked with enforcing the very same law that Junnosuke seeks to destroy, As far as Touka is concerned, acting on one’s desires is merely another means of nonverbal communication, not much different than a simple nod or smile when paFSing someone in the hall.


Rei Tadasugawa

Disciplinary committee president and commander of the FS’s combat forces. Encourages others to act on their desires whenever poFSible to upload the campus’s moral code. Often seen barking at a fleeing Junnosuke, shouting things such as, “Why are you quarreling in the hallways?!”


Ikuko Onabuta

FS first squad commander who always knows what she wants. Like most young people these days, she tends to prioritize instant gratification over actually getting any work done.


Kouki Senba

An impish older-sister type who serves as Seiran Island’s official tourism ambaFSador. In fact, her reputation tends to precede her wherever she goes...


White-Haired Girl
Voice:Poplar Sawano

A mysterious girl. She appears unexpectedly, helps the protagonist in a pinch, then vanishes again soon after. Her hair and eye color are strangely otherworldly, yet to Junnosuke, somehow also familiar.


Junnosuke Tachibana

The game’s protagonist. Despite living on Seiran himself, he rejects the law of the land outright and refuses to partake in any indecent shenanigans whatsoever. As the head honcho behind NLNS, a secret society of his own founding, he works in the shadows to abolish the island’s libertine ways for the greater good.
